TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR BUSINESS ASSOCIATE / BUSINESS PARTNER

Rattnanjalee Jewels India Pvt. Ltd.

1. Appointment
The Business Associate / Business Partner is appointed on a non-exclusive basis to promote and assist in the sale of products/services of Rattnanjalee Jewels India Pvt. Ltd.

2. Code of Conduct
The Associate shall maintain professionalism, honesty, and ethical conduct while dealing with customers and representing the Company.

3. Payment Policy — Strictly Prohibited Activities
Cash collection outside the showroom premises is strictly prohibited under any circumstances. All payments must be made directly to the Company through authorized modes only, including Company billing counter, official bank accounts, or approved digital payment methods. The Associate shall not accept or handle any unauthorized payments on behalf of the Company.

4. Fraud & Misconduct
Any kind of fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, forgery, or misleading information is strictly prohibited. Misuse of Company name, brand, documents, or reputation for personal benefit is not allowed.

5. Commission / Incentives
Commission or incentives will be provided as per Company policy and may be revised at the Company’s discretion.

6. Liability
The Associate shall be solely responsible for any loss, damage, or legal consequences arising from misconduct, fraud, or violation of these terms.

7. Confidentiality
All business information, pricing, customer data, and internal processes must be kept confidential and not disclosed to any third party.

8. Termination
The Company reserves the right to terminate the association immediately without prior notice in case of violation of terms, fraudulent or unethical activities, misconduct, or breach of trust.

9. No Employment Relationship
This association does not constitute an employer-employee relationship. The Associate acts independently.

10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

11. Acceptance
By working as a Business Associate / Business Partner with the Company, the individual agrees to abide by the above terms and conditions.
